Hired a car for a few days from Adelaide, returned 1 minute late and was charged for an additional day's hire. Not our fault that it takes them time to process the car on returning it and now we end up with an extra 20% charge on our bill. These fees charged do not comply with their own terms and conditions. Avoid!
