We are on vacation in Destin, Florida. My husband rented a car online on Sunday to be picked up on Monday. They took the payment. When Monday came, we received a text that there are NO cars available. But, you took the payment!!! Now, we have to wait 5-7 days for a refund! This is bad business Hertz!!
