Charged €352 for two small scratches after return. The damage report states "Customer has accepted responsibility" which is incorrect as I was not present. I left the car and keys at 15:15 on Saturday when the return office was closed, Hertz inspected the car about two hours later without me present. I will be escalating this to the CEO's office and raising a dispute with my credit card company. Be very careful with the Hertz Santiago Airport office and check other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I will not use Hertz again! This is a horrible customer experience!
