Car had a scratch on it, identified, ran fine during the week. Returned the car before opening hours, 7AM, 30 minutes later I get a notice for damage and charged 290 Euro + 50 admin. The evidence shows a small suitcase mark, which you could rub off. Contacted Hertz to dispute, no refund for the lower category and standard the charges are as is. I rent often, never experienced service like this
