Hertz Mallorca airport. They said my insurance bought from an agent is not worth anything and I need to buy Hertz own insurance which of course is a scam and cost twice the amount of the rental car. Unfriendly and rude. Ordered a suv due to the upright position, but got a lowdown ford focus instead. They could not get me anything else and no discount due to my inconvenience. Only thing positive was the drop of the car, it was easy and the girl was friendly and normal.Rubbish company on Mallorca airport. Stay away.
