Filed the car to the brim and even got it washed down before taking it back. She points out the same small scuff on the door I picked it up with and told me all was ok. By the time we land at home there is an email saying I had caused damage and would be charged. 24hrs later £439.28 pounds and £430.81 pounds out of my account absolute rip off and now taking legal advice. Couldn’t be a worse company to deal with. How legally are they still trading.
