Hello. When we got our rental car in the airport Barcelona, the car was DIRTY. He said it was our fault for NOT taking a photo when we picked up the key!!!!One day later Hertz sent me a bill for 200 euros!!!More than 10 years we have rented Hertz in many countries. We had never got the problems, but this time, we are upset with Hertz. It's really a shame to Hertz!
