While I was moving the car, a driver from CICAR, who was behind me, hit the back of my car. This happened near the Hertz Thrifty office. CICAR admitted fault and assured me that they would pay for the damage through their insurance to Hertz Thrifty.• Unfair Charges and FraudInstead of accepting the payment from CICAR’s insurance, Thrifty charged me £525 for a small dent. They took the money from my deposit without my permission or signature.This feels like a setup, and I regret agreeing to move the car.
