Booked a Skoda Octavia car for 5 adults and luggage, was downgraded to a Kia Niro which can't take 5 adults and their luggage.Car had done 3 hours driving and 100kms since last refueling when I picked it up.A 2 year old car with 64,000 kmsLots of damage, not all on vehicle condition report.Asked for charges to be in euro at booking and pickup. Charges were made in GBP£ at a very poor rate. This was resolved quickly.Clodagh at customer service not interested in least, after stating that a Niro is a larger car than an Octovia with nothing to back it up, no reply on downgrade and 3 hours & 100kms before pickup.
