Rented a car from Cork for a week. Pick up and service at the desk was excellent but my horror began after drop off! Because of 6am flight, keys were left in drop off box and no handover to am actual person was done. Car was left in pristine condition, had even taken it for a wash ! Imagine my surprise when I got a 'damages' report complete with pictures taken from some place I did not even recognise !I'm soo disappointed in you Hertz because I never in my wildest dreams thought you could stoop soo low! But having seen the number of of 1* reviews on here, I'm now not surprised.
