I’d happily give a score of 0 if I could!! What a con this place is in Dublin airport Ireland! I booked a car online through the dollar.com website. Which falls under the car rental company Hertz. I was quoted £172.89 for three days use of a Nissan juke or equivalent. We were given an Opel crossland.But before getting the keys to the car. I was rudely spoken to by a member of your staff at the kiosk. He was talking down to me regarding insurance on the vehicle for every day I had it. Which would have been €50 extra a day. Plus they would have had to put a deposit of £5,000 down on a credit card for me to be able to drive away with the car. Which in itself is a joke!! How they can justify adding these extra charges is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!! If the price is too good to be true then it is!! As we discovered.
