Beware! Avoid at all costs I have used Hertz around the globe for many years. Never have I ever experienced such horrible service. When picking up the car there was no acknowledgment of my status. The check out process lasted 30 mins because the sales clerk kept trying to upgrade the car and sell me scam insurance. The car received had damage on every panel. I know for a fact we did not have any damage yet for the first time in my life I received penalties for a scratched tyre. I am certain this was existing damage. They are obviously income generating because they don’t actually invest in their fleet. Do not use the Hertz airport. I wish I read the reviews before I booked.
