DISGRACEFUL.I have been reaching out to the customer service team for over a month, with absolutely no conclusion. After 3 weeks of chasing and no response, a member of the team reviewed the case and came back with a reply, I’ve emailed back twice and called multiple times with no reply to this. I’ve reached out to the head of customer services again with no response, sticking heads in the sand is no way to deal with a customer. Will never be using this service again.
