The initial agent who dealt with me at the office was very accurate. His attitude made my feelings much better I’ve had before. However I don’t speak English very well, he was very helpfull and patient.
The car (Renault Clio) was prepared perfectly. During all the time I had used it, I hadn’t any problem.

Despite my tireness and confusion caused by my travel, he was very understanding. Apart from receiving the car he gave me tips how to get to the airport and my hotel. It’s the attitude worth a lot.
