Hertz overcharged our credit card and refused to pay us back. They charged us for an extra day even though we returned the car within the correct time frame. Hertz lied about the time we returned the car even though there is automated evidence of us arriving in the parking garage hours before they claim. We contacted Hertz about their unethical behavior several times, and never heard back from them.We now have to do a chargeback with the credit card company. Avoid this rental company like the plague.
