We have booked our car and specified the pick up time . By the time we arrived at Evenes Norway airport, they said they didnt have any cars because it was snowing and they need to change snow tires, and they would not give us any cars that do not have snow tires. Also they did not specify how long we have to wait and we just have to wait there for nothing .There are a group of people waiting , and Hertz’s attitude was horrible. We were stranded in the airport for several hours and our trip was delayed and we had to make extra cost to stay at another hotel because we could not make it to our original destination.
