pickup was very easy as they are located at the oslo airport. The car i rented (Yaris) was unavailable so we got an upgrade (suzuki 4x4 SUV hybrid), took me a while to figure out how to even start the darn thing but once i figured that out it was an awesome experience. dropping the car off again was also very easy even tho they were not open yet. as for the other reviews claiming they got charged extra, i don't know if this is true or not as i just got back home. i took a lot of pictures of the car and there isn't a single scratch that i know of, so if they charge me for that i will change my review and score. *UPDATE FEW DAYS LATER*Got the final bill and it was what i expected based ont he agreement, no damages or anything.So from MY experience? the company seems great, i would recommend it.
