The car was an apparent upgrade, but I've never rented a car with so much damage to it. All round scratches, dents and scrapes. Front, sides and back. We were subsequently charged over €100 for a scratch on a hubcap, which we knew nothing about. How can they charge for repairs when clearly they don't repair?! Other additional airport charges added too. Once you have left the island they take your money and don't respond. I thought Hertz were reputable, maybe country of ownership tells all! Cannot recommend
