My husband and I, went for few days to sunny Portugal. Hired a car from Hertz at Faro airport, nice and pleasant service. Return the car, when on the airplane I have realised that I have lost my brand new AirPods Pro. When landed checked the location of my AirPods, it showed that the case with the AirPods is at Hertz (I must leave them in the car) tried to call, a lot of times, sent an emails. No answer, now few weeks later they are travelling with someone around Faro. I will not see them again I know, but such a shame, I will never use Hertz again.
