Shocking! Hired three cars through booking.com. Got to the hertz counter 15mins before due pickup. Loads of customers waiting (not happy ones).Had to ask everyone before we got an answer that we need to line up and get a ticket. Hour later get to our number and they tell us they have one manual car in stock!! We ordered and paid for three autos. Manager was super rude (Isabelle) when we asked nicely about options for us. After waiting longer with the kids getting unsettled they told us that they finally have 2 manuals and one auto. Obviously didn’t get the difference in cost there as they told us to contact booking.com. Got back and contacted booking.com who then told us they have to get money back from hertz?!?!!! Couldn’t make it up!!! Shocking from beginning to end. Stay away.
