The car I had booked at Hertz Portugal while booking my KLM plane tickets (six months ahead) wasn't there. Only smaller (no choice with 4 persons and luggage) or bigger. I had to pay €300,- extra.Customer service is slow and very bad (they only say that I choose a bigger car, but I had no choice).They don't even bother to read your complain.Want to rent a car?
