I attempted to book a van for noon on Sunday but received no confirmation email, and the app showed no bookings. After multiple failed payment attempts, I discovered late at night that they had charged me £94 three times. When I contacted support, they claimed I had booked the van three times for different times, which was clearly untrue. They refused to refund me despite the fact that I hadn’t used any of the vans. I’m working with my bank to recover the funds. This company is a complete joke—avoid them. The app and live chat are utterly useless.
