Defective van and lack of assistance.

I wish I had read previous reviews before making a reservation. I had planned a big day with friends to help me move furniture. The van started fine, but the parking brake wouldn't disengage. Nothing in the app or inside the van worked. A helpful local driver tried to assist but couldn't resolve the issue either. The online support that was supposed to be available from 7:00 AM was unreachable. When I finally returned home, I was told I couldn't get a refund because I had to wait for an invoice. You can't depend on these vehicles for important tasks—always have a backup plan and be ready for a lengthy refund process. In the end, I hired a local service for £20 more than the original charge, hoping it will be better.

Avoid this van hire service at all costs!

Steer clear of this van hire service! They double charge customers, which is absolutely unacceptable! I had a terrible experience with their lack of customer support. I was charged twice for fuel, despite being on a very limited income. What was supposed to be £62 turned into £90, even though I provided proof of filling up the tank. They charged me twice for both fuel and mileage, making the total over £100! Now I have to go through my bank to recover the funds. The customer support was rude and completely unhelpful. Just avoid this service!

Stay away from this van rental service! They overcharge you! It's an absolutely terrible company with no customer support! They charged me twice for fuel without justification! As someone on a limited income, I was shocked when my total was £90 instead of the agreed £62. Even after proving I returned the van with sufficient fuel, they refused to refund me. What should have been a £62 rental ended up costing over £100! I'm now forced to go through my bank to recover my money! Just avoid them—customer support was rude and utterly unhelpful!

Terrible experience, steer clear.

Absolutely shocking! The app was dreadful, my booking didn’t show up, and there was no way to contact them by phone. I didn’t receive a booking reference. I spent my entire rental period trying to resolve issues while the van I booked sat unused. They claimed I had no booking when I did, and said they don’t send SMS updates, despite receiving one from them with a link to a non-functional webpage. My booking was cancelled after it was supposed to be returned, and I was still charged. They seem to excel at charging but not at providing service. I have transcripts of all chats and will attempt to file a complaint, but I have little hope. This company is borderline criminal—avoid them at all costs.

I booked a van through the app and received a confirmation, but when I went to pick it up, the app unexpectedly requested a €2,500 insurance deposit and froze, even with valid payment methods. Customer support was unreachable, leaving me stranded with my items. They also refused to issue a refund due to the app malfunction. Terrible service—avoid this company.

Frustrating rental experience.

I rented a van for two hours to move furniture but couldn’t access it through the app. Phone support is nonexistent. The app kept freezing, and after finally logging in, I was advised to toggle Bluetooth after many attempts. What should have been a one-hour job turned into three hours due to these issues. Customer service was appalling, and my £35 hire ended up costing me £83. Do not use this service.

I attempted to book a van for noon on Sunday but received no confirmation email, and the app showed no bookings. After multiple failed payment attempts, I discovered late at night that they had charged me £94 three times. When I contacted support, they claimed I had booked the van three times for different times, which was clearly untrue. They refused to refund me despite the fact that I hadn’t used any of the vans. I’m working with my bank to recover the funds. This company is a complete joke—avoid them. The app and live chat are utterly useless.

They changed the pickup location at the last minute, forcing me to alter my plans. Getting into the vehicle was straightforward, but once on the road, the immobiliser wouldn't deactivate, and the app continuously froze. There was no phone number for customer service, only app-based support, which is fine when it works. After many attempts, I finally reached chat support, but they reset the van on their end. I submitted a complaint for losing 1.5 hours of van usage while trying to contact them. Post-rental email support is useless; they keep asking for the same information and don’t acknowledge the issue. They questioned why I didn’t call their breakdown number, but the van was immobilised, not broken down. If I had called, they would have directed me to chat anyway. Avoid them and consider renting from a local company with a physical presence and proper customer service. It might be a bit more expensive, but it’s worth it for peace of mind!

Extremely poor service.

This experience was incredibly frustrating. The app misinterpreted my driving license information, claiming I was underage and could only drive automatic vehicles, despite my extensive driving history. Most reviews I see about this service are negative, so I will be seeking alternatives.

Terrible experience.

I had arranged for a van rental, and everything appeared fine. When I arrived, I quickly noticed that the tire was flat. There was no contact information in the app, so I had to use website chat to reach out. After 1.5 hours and three chats that ended abruptly, they cancelled my booking without confirmation. One chat was even in Italian with an unresponsive number, and it took them ten minutes to reply in English, only to suggest I call road assistance.
