We hired a van from Costco in farnborough we was shocked on the state of it, how damaged it was and poor condition it was in .. tried ringing the phone numbers and wouldn’t answer .. report sheet was only half done and had to send email to tell them there was more damage on the van that wasn’t put down .. the computer on dashboard was even broken .. customer service is appalling .. then had someone hit the van and tried reporting accident on number they provided and on phone for ages and had give up till I went to Costco and asked if they had another number which they did have … they then took instantly £1200 out of bank for accident that wasn’t even our fault and no new damage on the van .. disgraceful .. whole hire was a nightmare from start to finish .. also you get given the fuel card and we got given no pin to pay for the diesel so we had to pay Ourselves extra and woman on phone said PIN number was on van .. no it wasn’t anywhere … this company are awful and would never ever recommended them as when you need them hard to contact and they couldn’t careless on their customer service and for a customer to get a beating up damaged van to drive about it isn’t nice and should never happen .. customers expect a nice clean van when they hire them for price we paid and why hadn’t the damage been repaired before we used it as they must be getting a lot of money of customers due to damaging it £1200 at a time surely they could fix the vans and not leave them with loads of damage on them
