I used Hertz 247 previously hence there was an issue with my membership expiring and email not working. Subsequently I couldn't re-register with a new email as my drivers licence was already allocated to another account that was disabled. Spent an hour on the phone on New Years day trying to sort the mess out and in the end the lady had to arrange the booking herself even though I couldn't physically do it via the app. I was obviously charged for it. Rental went smoothly no issues there. Very dissapointing that you get a questionnaire about your service which doesn't work and when the feedback is sent to HErtz 247 no one actions is or responds.
