I followed the instructions to measure my middle finger, which indicated R1/2. When it arrived, I was eager to try it on, but it was way too big, even for my index finger. Not a great start! I've been using a fitness tracker for over 12 years and love it, so I decided to try this ring after reading good reviews, hoping it would be more accurate. For three weeks, I've worn both the tracker and the ring on my left hand for comparison, and the readings are very different. I began to doubt my tracker, but I now think the ring is inaccurate: 1) it shows I've been asleep at times I know I was awake, 2) it claims I've been in REM when I know I haven't, and 3) the step counts differ by thousands. These are just a few reasons I lack faith in this product. The app is decent but could use improvements. I do appreciate the silver ring; it's stylish and has remained shiny.
