For three weeks, I’ve worn both the tracker and the ring on my left hand for comparison, and the readings are significantly different. I even questioned whether I had misjudged the tracker all these years, but upon further reflection, I believe the ring is inaccurate: 1) it indicates I’ve been asleep when I know I was awake, 2) it claims I’ve been in REM sleep when I haven’t, and 3) the step counts vary by thousands. These are just a few reasons I lack confidence in this product. The app is decent but could use some enhancements. I do like the silver ring; it’s stylish and has maintained its shine.

How is this site rated highly when their customer service is non-existent? I want a refund, and my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Oh dear! I fear I may have been scammed. I ordered two rings as Christmas gifts, and the money was taken from my account immediately, but three days later, I still haven't received a confirmation email! Scam!! The ring I received was the wrong size. When I inquired about returning it, I was told I had to send it tracked to America, while I live in London. It was initially sent from London. The shipping costs to America are very high. The ring itself is bulky and feels cheap.
I never leave negative reviews but had a terrible experience! I ordered the ring in October (2-3 day shipping paid), and two weeks later, nothing. I contacted support, and they were polite, stating it was out of stock but would be processed soon. Now it's December, and after four emails with no responses, I've given up on receiving it and just want a refund. I'm shocked to see positive reviews; maybe they're paid? I advise avoiding this company altogether. Now I have to fight with my credit card for reimbursement.
I appreciate the ease of using it with my phone. The ring efficiently tracks my daily activity. When I got it in the summer, the battery lasted 5 to 6 days. Now, in November, it barely lasts 2 days. The company has sent several emails with suggestions, but my warranty has expired. They could have offered to test the battery if I returned it at my expense. Perhaps it was a weak battery from the supplier. Once past 90 days, they seem uninterested.
