I have yet to hear back from the support team about half of my order not being delivered. This is quite concerning as I received a prior email indicating that the order was complete. I've sent three emails requesting more tracking information since I have two packages, but I'm still missing two skillets. The total cost is around $900, so I'm hoping for a positive outcome. Additionally, I received a free hot plate with my partial order, but it’s designed for use in China. I thought all products were made in Italy, and since I’m in Australia, it doesn’t work here.
