I have not received a reply from the seller regarding half of my order that did not arrive. This is quite concerning, especially since they confirmed delivery in an earlier email. I've reached out three times for additional tracking numbers, as I have two packages but am still missing two skillets. The total is about $900, so I hope for a resolution. Furthermore, I received a complimentary hot plate with my partial order, but it’s wired for China. I believed everything was made in Italy, and since I’m in Australia, it’s not usable here.
