I’m extremely disappointed with Hetzner’s onboarding process.
I’ve been trying to create an account, but the KYC verification keeps failing with “face not match” errors. I’ve retried multiple times with no success, even after following all the instructions carefully.
I also requested a manual review, but there has been no response at all. It’s already been 5 days, and I’m still stuck without any update.
Because of this, I’m unable to use their services to deploy my project, which is very frustrating. This experience has been a complete waste of time, and I expected much better support and reliability.
