I am a user from Turkey, and the only payment method I can use is a credit card because the other payment methods unfortunately do not work in my country. Direct bank transfers take up to 3 days.

I am currently in an urgent situation. My server has been offline for two days, causing financial losses. Dozens of my websites are down, and I am unable to restore them.

They are not helping in any way. This company used to be very good, but I don’t know if it changed ownership or management — it has become extremely poor in terms of service.

I had referred four friends to this company for them to use its services, but we will all be leaving together.

Mixed feelings about the cost-effective VPS service

I have been using a cost-optimized VPS from the service for some time now. Initially, I faced some frustration with the console, but today I identified the issue—it wasn't the console site, but rather a problem with Ubuntu. How foolish of me! Today, I resolved the main console issue, and I'm quite pleased with the online terminal since I can't always use SSH on my PC due to firewall restrictions on different networks. I attempted to run a Minecraft server, but it didn't last even a moment, which was disappointing, so I switched to hosting websites and Discord bots. Those are incredibly fast! Having my own PC at home means it's not critical, but slightly better specifications would be appreciated as I'm currently on a tight budget. Additionally, I noticed an extra charge of around £2 on my bill, which was frustrating, but I suppose I can manage. Thank you for providing one of the most affordable VPS options, and I hope you can enhance the platform for these VPS services in the future!
