I had a wonderful experience with customer support, Realyn. I forgot to put in the code to save money for the cyberMonday sale. It was my fault but she gave me the sale price anyway. This is how customer support should be. It's a great product, Silent Groom Pro. It really is quiet and didn't scare my dog like the dremel does.
