This did not perform well on my dog. I contacted customer service and all they did was give me additional tips on how to use the groomer. Their statement, "if your not completely satisfied, return it within 60 days for a full refund" is a little misleading. They try too avoid that. And the shipping took longer than they claimed too. I gave up and will donate this to someone who has a cat, and wish them goodluck.
