This product is utterly disappointing, and the notion that it has positive reviews seems suspicious, as if they’ve been fabricated. I wanted a refund immediately, but the process was frustrating. Eventually, I settled for a 60% refund because returning it would have cost me $10, resulting in a total loss of over $26. I could have purchased the exact same item elsewhere for around eight dollars.
