The Heusom representative named Rea was very helpful. I was nervous about grinding my dog’s nails without knowing where the “quick” was. Rea described how far to grind the nails so I wouldn’t reach the quick. I have clipped my dog’s nails before and caused them to bleed on occasion. I feel better about using this method and my dog doesn’t get all panicky and stressed out. Rea gave me the information I needed to feel confident using the Heusom nail grinder and without hurting my dog. She gave me straight forward advice and was very friendly and polite.
