You are probably reading this after a problem too, as that's what's happened here. My partner has ordered me products from this company for my birthday for years. I'm not talking a few quid here and there, multiple £100 orders. He ordered on the 2nd of December with plenty of time to reach me before my Christmas period birthday. The seller dropped it at a parcel drop off on the 22nd December. They then blamed both royal mail and my husband for not selecting a faster postage. He ordered with WEEKS to go and the earliest he has ever ordered. What's worse is that emails were ignored, and he ended up having to raise a PayPal case to get the money back after we rejected the delivery (which arrived in a beaten up old DHL box)This company used to be absolutely fantastic, they have amazing Etsy reviews. I don't know what's happened, as any good seller would have a better postal system than dumping it at a local shops parcel drop off. They used to have beautiful wrapping and packing and not using old dogeared DHL boxes which have gone through a few deliveries. I don't know what's happened other than the sellers cup of care is clearly empty.Hexbomb, if you are reading this, you get to manage your stock, your website and your orders.
