I really appreciate HexClad and the fabulous warranty! The cookware is awesome, but I had an issue after about a year of cooking with it where food kept sticking no matter how I cleaned the pan and Re seasoned it. I am thankful for the wonderful assistance I received and how quickly my issue was resolved.
