We really love these pans. The non stick just seems to be a forever thing, everything cooks well and consistently and they are so easy to clean. After nearly 2 years we had one that the coating was peeling - customer service replied within hours and are replacing the pan for us. Couldn’t be more impressed. Also the 6.6 litre deep sauté pan that I bought this year is literally the best most useful pan Ive ever owned
I purchased a large set of cookware from the HexClad website and after a couple of weeks noticed a tiny spot in one of the fry pans where it looked like the coating didn't fully reach. I took pictures and sent in a warranty form. I received a confirmation email right away, and the next day received another email approving the claim. They said I didn't need to return the old pan. So far this cookware has been great. To date I have browned meat, cooked eggs, made grilled cheese, made soup, and pasta. Using avocado oil the fry pans have performed wonderfully. Nothing has stuck yet. They are not cheap but if they last they will definitely be worth the money.
First and foremost, y’all’s products are amazing and I’ll keep buying more. Second y’all’s customer service is extremely good! Very responsive and super helpful. Yall are a great company and I have zero regrets with any of my purchases. Keep up the amazing work and never change.

I cannot say enough great things about HexClad pots and pans! From the moment I started using them, I could immediately tell the difference in quality. They heat evenly, cook beautifully, and clean up so easily, even after making meals that would normally stick. The hybrid nonstick surface truly works, and they still look amazing after heavy daily use.
What impressed me even more was their customer service. I had to use the lifetime warranty for a replacement, and the process was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. amazing product both pans and knives . excellent customer care and warranty program . I had an issues with one of my pans that were bought from Costco and hexclad replaced it. Finding good customer care is hard these days . hexclad was so nice
I purchased the full Hedclad cookware set from Costco as a gift for my cousin. She ended up returning the 12-inch pan to me because she preferred another pan she was already happy with. After using it myself, I can honestly say my experience has been very disappointing.
Despite the brand’s claims about performance and quality, everything I cook in this pan sticks badly — even when using proper heat control and oil. It has been frustrating to use and does not perform anywhere near the standard I expected. For a product marketed as high-quality cookware, the results have been underwhelming.
Unfortunately, I cannot return it since the rest of the set remains with my cousin, who does not live in Canada. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.
I had some minor wear issues with some of my pots/pans. The warrenty process was pretty easy and the warrenty associated was super helpful in helping me gather all necessary I formation to complete the claim. Kisayri Was I formative friendly and helped complete my claim without issues.
They stand by their word when they say lifetime warranty. I had scratches on my pan and I sent them the pictures and they replaced my pan immediately. Their products are good and their customer service even better.
