The experience was decent; the reception greeting was fine, and the scan itself was smooth. However, the sonographer engaged very little, and the gender scan was done in about 10 minutes. We didn't get many good photos, as she focused more on the gender than the baby, which was disappointing since we wanted to keep it a surprise. It should have been an exciting appointment, especially for my first child to see their sibling, but the atmosphere felt a bit dull. My previous pregnancy experience was wonderful, but this time I left feeling slightly disappointed and hesitant about returning. There was still time left for more photos, and with no one waiting after us, it felt rushed and not particularly inviting for the price.
