Today was our gender and once again the most kind and courteous service, with extra time taken!

Have a terrible experience with waiting and calling again and again. The test results were late and not provided within the agreed period. My partner was visiting the UK and wanted to shop for the baby before left, however the results too arrived late, after partner had already left the UK. The staff were friendly during our visit, however, for us, the delay ultimately made the whole experience a waste of time. So it was not fit for purpose.
We had a fantastic experience with the service. From start to finish, the support was friendly, professional, and highly attentive. The team ensured everything ran smoothly and took special care to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. They clearly outlined what they were checking for and what we were observing, which we truly appreciated.
The experience was decent; the reception greeting was fine, and the scan itself was smooth. However, the sonographer engaged very little, and the gender scan was done in about 10 minutes. We didn't get many good photos, as she focused more on the gender than the baby, which was disappointing since we wanted to keep it a surprise. It should have been an exciting appointment, especially for my first child to see their sibling, but the atmosphere felt a bit dull. My previous pregnancy experience was wonderful, but this time I left feeling slightly disappointed and hesitant about returning. There was still time left for more photos, and with no one waiting after us, it felt rushed and not particularly inviting for the price.

There was still time during our appointment for additional photos, and with no one waiting after us, it felt rushed and not very welcoming considering the price of the scan.
This is about our fifth visit, and every time has been a great experience. The staff are all friendly and polite, always welcoming us warmly at reception. Today, the sonographer was exceptional, and the details from our 4D scan were fantastic. I highly recommend this place for private and reassurance scans.
