Spending $1200 on a bike with known problems that the company seems indifferent about is frustrating. They requested I send them a screenshot and a video, but after researching, I found that many other e-bikes have the same issue. It feels like they are stalling since they’ve already received payment and know it’s a hassle for me to transport this heavy piece of equipment for repairs. Not to mention, it's incredibly heavy, and the design for collapsing it is one of the least user-friendly I’ve ever encountered. To summarize, I paid $1200 for what feels like a heavy piece of scrap metal that developed a throttle error in less than two weeks! The quality of my childhood bike, which lasted a decade, was far superior to this.
