HEYBIKE is like family. They really take care of there customers , the customer services and support teams are phenomenal. I really use my HEYBIKE RANGER s 750w every day on a 16 mile commute and its always reliable with over 1100 miles on the odometer and counting. And the 2 year warranty is unbeatable. Rachel with the customer service team is an amazing service writer and representative of the company.
Everything arrived promptly, and the setup instructions were user-friendly. The bike lives up to all the claims made. Many of the criticisms I've encountered regarding the model appear to be unwarranted. Some people have issues with the throttle, but it functions exactly as described. I primarily use the bike for exercise, and after a brief period experimenting with different gears and Pedal Assist levels, I found the perfect combination for my needs. The torque sensor provides a much more enjoyable experience compared to the cadence bikes I've tried. It feels completely responsive.
I ordered the horizon on Black Friday and received the bike a couple of weeks later. It's an excellent bike, and we selected it for its size as the largest foldable option for our RVing needs. The customer service has been outstanding, responding quickly to my inquiries. I've already logged over 100 miles on it, and it performs wonderfully. Thank you!
I recently bought two e-bikes, and one had a problem with the chainrings. I contacted the support team, and they promptly sent a replacement part, resolving the issue swiftly. The service team is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of an e-bike!
I purchased a model with a larger battery in orange, which was on the pricier side. Just two weeks after riding it a few times, I encountered an error code 22 on the display. Spending $1200 on a bike with known problems that the company seems indifferent about is frustrating. They requested I send them a screenshot and a video, but after researching, I found that many other e-bikes have the same issue. It feels like they are stalling since they’ve already received payment and know it’s a hassle for me to transport this heavy piece of equipment for repairs. Not to mention, it's incredibly heavy, and the design for collapsing it is one of the least user-friendly I’ve ever encountered. To summarize, I paid $1200 for what feels like a heavy piece of scrap metal that developed a throttle error in less than two weeks! The quality of my childhood bike, which lasted a decade, was far superior to this.
I bought heybike hauler single battery. I am new to class 3 bikes, I bought it to ride with my wife in the rear and child in the front with Thule Yepp mini. The bike is strong and solid.There is a youtube video from Heybike with instruction on how to assemble the bike. It took around 40 minutes and was pretty easy to assemble it my self in a garage! No special tools needed besides the ones thats already shipped with
I just purchased two of the Mars 3.0 for my family. Heybike had quick shipping and both bikes arrived within a few days, just in time for my weekend trip. I used the bike for two days going up and down some pretty steep hills and it took me everywhere I asked it to go. When I ordered the two Mars 3.0 bikes I also simutaneously ordered front and back baskets for the bikes. When the baskets arrived it became apparent the front basket was the wrong model to fit the Mars 3.0. I contacted Heybike, who quickly responded to fix my mistake.
