I received gold hoops that the clasps unclicked super easily. I messaged the customer support and sent a couple imagines and the team apologized and sent me back a $85 gift card that completely covered the cost of new hoops as well as money left over to purchase whatever else I wanted! And they were very quick to respond!!
The new hoops came in the mail and seem to be much more sturdier! In the email threads, the team mentioned they did quality control on their pieces and sometimes every now and then there’s one that gets by. The new earrings and very good and nice!
