I ordered a ring from Hey Harper as a Christmas gift for my daughter in the size she always wears. Unfortunately, the ring ran small and did not fit. When I reached out in early January—shortly after Christmas—to request an exchange for a different size, I was told the return window had already closed.
I wasn’t asking for a refund, only an exchange for the correct size. Despite several back-and-forth messages, my request was not accommodated. Given that this was immediately after the holidays, I felt the timeframe was reasonable and hoped for some flexibility.
As a result, I was left with an $80 ring that couldn’t be worn and ultimately had to donate it. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and understanding in this situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from Hey Harper again.
I had some troubles with an order and a return I placed. The customer support was impeccable - we exchanged a bunch of emails and they were nothing but kind, patient, caring, and invested in my experience as a customer.
They contacted the carrier for one of my orders, when the shipping had a huge delay because it got lost/stuck somewhere, and managed to help get it back on its way again.
They answered all of my questions, and explained + provided any information I needed to helped me through the whole process of returning some items I ordered in duplicate.
Troubles with orders/returns/shipping are always stressful and messy, but thankfully they never left me alone to deal with it, at any point.
And independent of all of this, the items I got are stunning, both for their beauty, including the brand's touch, and their quality. The deals I enjoyed during Black Friday/holidays season, when I first discovered the brand, were so good, I already have items in my basket for the next one.
Even the packaging/envelope where the order comes in is cute (it's pink).
I was assured that all orders would be delivered safely, yet my parcel was sent via Evri, one of the lowest-rated delivery companies, and arrived damaged. When I requested assistance to address the issues caused during delivery, I was told it was “not an option,” even though consumer protection laws require the company to liaise with the delivery service.
This experience raises concerns about their commitment to customers. Expensive jewellery alone is not enough to justify a business that does not prioritize care, service, or accountability. I cannot recommend shopping here, as it seems customer care is not a priority.
Did a subscription and a couple of days later they were offering the jewelry five times cheaper for a one time purchase. Emailed requesting cancellation of the subscription, the email contained my email address (obviously) and full name. They delay the cancellation requesting the same information again and shipped and charged another order.
This service offers the finest customer support I've ever experienced. After placing several orders, I regrettably received a defective pair of earrings. Upon contacting the support team, I received a heartfelt apology along with helpful tips and videos on how to repair the earrings. When those suggestions didn't resolve the issue, they promptly sent me a replacement pair. I am genuinely amazed by their kindness and efficiency; it's truly remarkable.
I adore the quality of the jewelry; it’s beautiful, features modern designs, is budget-friendly, and doesn’t tarnish! The customer service is incredibly helpful and quick to respond! I always get to speak with a real person, not just an AI, which I truly appreciate!
I discovered this brand through social media ads and took a chance, which turned out to be a great decision. I wear the earrings daily without any problems. I've since added necklaces and bracelets to my collection as well. The customer service is outstanding, promptly assisting me with a broken piece of jewelry after just one use, which they replaced. I will certainly keep shopping here, as they offer a fantastic variety.

The design was inadequate; the first item, in particular, had a very short section with a severe curve that made it unwearable (this has never been a problem for me before), but I did manage to get a refund. The second item caused an immediate rash. I found the quality to be quite poor for the price, which is disappointing since I was eager to expand my collection through the subscription.

I purchased a pair of earrings, but one clasp was very loose, causing it to open while I wore it. After messaging customer service and trying their suggestions to tighten it, the earring fell out and I lost it. I informed customer service about what happened, and they refunded me to repurchase the earrings. It's rare to receive this level of service nowadays! The earrings are lovely, and aside from the clasp, they feel well made. Highly recommend!
