I ordered a necklace from Hey Harper for my daughter's birthday. When my wife saw a photo of it she said she would like one also! I could have ordered two necklaces and got 25% discount, but by the time my wife asked for one, the order had been sent for just one necklace and was being processed.
The order confirmation email from Hey Harper says: "If you have any questions or concerns, please reply to this email and our support team will be happy to help". So I did reply and got immediate help from Janice. She arranged to add another necklace and gave the 25% discount.
It was nice to have a friendly human response, instead of the usual automated reply. I received the two necklaces this morning, only two days after my request. They are beautiful, my daughter AND my wife will love them.
I also had the cooperation to have the discount I nearly missed!
