I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. There was a time when things seemed to improve, but recently they have completely deteriorated again. I am now considering switching providers. There have been occasions when the nurse or provider simply fails to show up for scheduled appointments, which is a total waste of time. Additionally, there are months when they forget to send out the medication, and reaching anyone for help is impossible. They are putting people at risk by not delivering reliable service. While I appreciate that it's free, there must be better options available. I plan to explore alternatives.
