I signed up with the service because their website clearly states “no doctor’s office, no needles, and no paperwork” — and that they “handle everything,” including free lab tests, doctor consultations, and medication delivery, all from home. Their marketing suggested that ALL services — labs, testing, consultations, prescription refills, and delivery — would be simple, needle-free, and home-based. I specifically chose them for this promise. • Unrequested test kit received
The first step was receiving a test kit that I never requested. I cannot use blood tests due to a phobia of needles, which entirely negated the purpose of selecting a service that claimed to be “needle-free.” • Poor communication and lack of assistance
I reached out to explain that I couldn’t use the kit. A doctor replied, stating they couldn’t assist beyond their limited scope, which I understand — but I never received any constructive follow-up. The only significant follow-up was a reminder to return the kit promptly. Promises of further contact went unfulfilled. • Insurance billed for unprovided care
Even though I didn’t pay out of pocket, my insurance was charged for a visit that didn’t deliver any usable services. It feels negligent not to heed a patient’s clearly expressed needs, especially when the service is marketed as convenient and personalized. In summary, while the service's online promises were appealing, the actual experience did not deliver. Telemedicine should be genuinely convenient, not just in theory. They consumed time and insurance resources without providing the necessary care or support. I cannot recommend based on my experience.
I am extremely disappointed with this service. There was a time when things seemed to improve, but recently they have deteriorated again. At this point, I feel I need to look for a different provider. There have been instances where the nurse or provider simply didn't show up for appointments, wasting my time completely. Additionally, there were months when my medication wasn't sent out, and I couldn't reach anyone for assistance. This lack of service is putting people at risk. While I appreciate that it's free, surely there are better options available. I'm considering trying another provider. If anyone has recommendations, please share, as I'm finished with this service.

This is complete chaos; I wouldn't trust them to manage even the simplest tasks. Their customer service is appalling. They lack the skills to comprehend what is being communicated. From September to January, I received only one bottle of medication. Look for your supplies elsewhere. I can only imagine how frustrated I would be if I was paying for this service. Seek another provider.
I had a great experience - it's simple, convenient, no-cost, confidential, and appropriately quick. The at-home testing was surprisingly easy, with clear instructions and good follow-up if re-testing was necessary. The medical oversight, as well as the delivery and refills of the required medications, have been excellent and timely. This is truly one of the most impressive independent health options available.
This service has been incredibly easy to work with! My medication is always delivered on time, their customer service is exceptional, and I haven't had to spend a single cent. If you need preventive care, this is definitely the best option!
