I purchased a Biotin complex a few weeks ago from the company but didn't open it due to my doctor's advice after gallbladder removal. I contacted the company for the correct return address to process a refund, but one of their representatives made excuses about why I should keep the product and suggested giving it to friends or family, which I find absurd. I reached out again today to request the correct return address at my own expense and a full refund, as this product is unsuitable for my health condition. I have received no communication regarding my refund or the appropriate return address. I find this to be poor customer service and not in line with their stated returns policy; be cautious!
