I’ve been a customer for a while, but my latest order didn’t arrive. The delivery service confirmed it was lost. I’ve sent five emails to the company, including the notification from the delivery service, but have received no response at all. It feels like £25 down the drain with no one to address my concerns. Very frustrating.
I faced a courier issue with my delivery. However, the support team addressed the problem, and I received my order a week later. The product, a collagen complex, is outstanding; it has greatly benefited my wife since she started using it 4-5 months ago. It has significantly helped with her Rheumatoid Arthritis by boosting her immune system, as well as improving her hair, skin, and nails. An excellent product, definitely worth the investment.
I placed an order on December 4th, expecting delivery within 2-3 business days. As of December 17th, I have yet to receive anything! I've reached out to the support team four times but haven't received a response. It's disappointing to leave a negative review due to lack of product, delivery, updates, and communication.
I purchased a Biotin complex a few weeks ago from the company but didn't open it due to my doctor's advice after gallbladder removal. I contacted the company for the correct return address to process a refund, but one of their representatives made excuses about why I should keep the product and suggested giving it to friends or family, which I find absurd. I reached out again today to request the correct return address at my own expense and a full refund, as this product is unsuitable for my health condition. I have received no communication regarding my refund or the appropriate return address. I find this to be poor customer service and not in line with their stated returns policy; be cautious!
I made sure to only order one bottle of vitamin D3 & K2, just to try them out, but during checkout, I was offered two additional bottles at a reduced price, which I declined. I confirmed my order for just one bottle and paid for it, yet I received an email thanking me for accepting the offer, resulting in a total charge of £59 instead of £29. This feels like a deceptive tactic. To get my refund, I have to instruct the courier to return the items and then email them to confirm this. If I miss the courier, I'm unsure of what to do, and my emails have gone unanswered.
I felt very ill after taking the magnesium capsules. I followed all instructions but experienced painful bloating and nausea every time. I reached out to the seller directly but have yet to get a response. I'm very disappointed, as these supplements are not inexpensive, and after consulting with a clinician about my symptoms, they suggested it could be the bulking agents used. Why does a so-called natural product need fillers? It raises concerns about how much of the actual product is in the capsule. I won't be purchasing from this company again and do not recommend it.

I previously used the Cholesterol Complex supplement from the company and had good results. So, I decided to order three more bottles when my cholesterol levels were raised. However, I was disappointed to find that the tablet has changed from a soft capsule to a large hard tablet, which I find very difficult to swallow. The ingredients have also changed, so I am now skeptical about their effectiveness.
