Update: I received my plants, and I have to say I am very impressed with the size and condition of them! I have ordered plants online from a ton of places, and I have no complaints about any of them, but I can definitely say that I am MOST impressed with the plants from Hey Rooted. My medium size plants are much bigger than I expected and in perfect condition!! Absolutely LOVE them! ~ Excellent Customer Service!! Unfortunately they were sold out of one of the plants I ordered, so they emailed me the option to choose another plant or get a refund. Obviously I chose another plant! 🤭 I really appreciate that they reached out instead of just canceling and refunding my order. I'll be back to review once my plant arrives. I can't wait! 😊 🪴
